Too Hot to Cook Strawberry Tiramisu

From Weight Watchers - 4pts per serving. A light and refreshing hot weather dessert that's super easy to make.

In a food processor, puree ricotta, cream cheese, confectioner's sugar, and orange zest.
Transfer to a medium bowl and fold in whipped topping.
In the same food processor (no need to clean it), puree 1 cup sliced strawberries, the granulated sugar, liqueur, and orange juice.
Spoon 1 T of the strawberry puree into each of 6 wine glasses.
Top each with 2 ladyfinger halves.
Spoon another T of strawberry puree over the ladyfingers
Top with sliced strawberries
Then cheese mixture.
Top with 2 more ladyfinger halves.
Spoon on more puree, berries, and cheese mixture.
Cover each glass with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
Garnish each with a whole strawberry.
