Brown Sugar Ham Recipe

How to make it

  • Put ham in a dutch oven and fill half way up with water.
  • Cover and cook 10 hours on 250 degrees in oven.
  • After cooking, drain off water and mix dark brown sugar and mustard together and pour over the ham.
  • Cook uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
  • (If you dont have a dutch oven you can use a large pan covered in foil)
  • Everyone I know loves this ham. It just falls apart and the glaze is so nice!
