How to make it
- Put ham in a dutch oven and fill half way up with water.
- Cover and cook 10 hours on 250 degrees in oven.
- After cooking, drain off water and mix dark brown sugar and mustard together and pour over the ham.
- Cook uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
- (If you dont have a dutch oven you can use a large pan covered in foil)
- Everyone I know loves this ham. It just falls apart and the glaze is so nice!
