How to make it
- Roast rice flour in a deep saucepan until just light pink. Add cardamom powder. Add milk slowly while stirring constantly. Wash and drain raisins, add to the rice/ milk mixture.
- Turn the heat to medium low and keep stirring occasionally until thickened. Add sugar, cook for another 5-10 minutes.
- Transfer to a serving bowl, let cool slightly, garnish with pistachios.
