How to make it

  • Preheat the oven to 170*C
  • In a large bowl, cream the marg and sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add eggs one at a time and beat well
  • Fold in sifted flour
  • Place teaspoons of mixture into paper cases
  • Bake until golden brown and springy to touch.
  • Butter icing:
  • Cream fat and gradually add icing sugar, mix well.
  • Add a drop of food colouring
