THIS DISH MAKES MASHED POTATOES GO WILD! GOES WELL AS A SIDE DISH! OR AS A MEAT LOAF SANDWICH. MY KIDS AND GRANDKIDS LOVE THIS, I HOPE YOU WILL TO.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 POUNDS lean ground beef shopping list
- 1 CUP tomato juice shopping list
- 3/4 CUP Quaker Oats QUICK OR OLD FASHIONED, UNCOOKED shopping list
- 1 egg OR 2 egg whites, SLIGHTLY BEATEN shopping list
- 1/4 CUP CHOPPED onion shopping list
- 1/2 TEASPOON salt (OPTIONAL) shopping list
- 1/4 TEASPOON black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- HEAT OVEN TO 350F. COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS;
- MIX LIGHTLY BUT THOROUGHLY .
- PRESS INTO 8X4-INCH LOAF PAN;
- BAKE (1) HOUR OR UNTIL MEAT IS NO LONGER PINK
- AND JUICES RUN CLEAR.
- DRAIN; LET STAND (5) MINUTES BEFORE SERVING.
- OPTIONAL COVER WITH KETCHUP AND ENJOY!
