Ingredients
  • 1-1/2 POUNDS LEAN GROUND BEEF
  • 1 CUP TOMATO JUICE
  • 3/4 CUP QUAKER OATS QUICK OR OLD FASHIONED, UNCOOKED
  • 1 EGG OR 2 EGG WHITES, SLIGHTLY BEATEN
  • 1/4 CUP CHOPPED ONION
  • 1/2 TEASPOON SALT (OPTIONAL)
  • 1/4 TEASPOON BLACK PEPPER

Directions
  1. HEAT OVEN TO 350F. COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS;
  2. MIX LIGHTLY BUT THOROUGHLY .
  3. PRESS INTO 8X4-INCH LOAF PAN;
  4. BAKE (1) HOUR OR UNTIL MEAT IS NO LONGER PINK
  5. AND JUICES RUN CLEAR.
  6. DRAIN; LET STAND (5) MINUTES BEFORE SERVING.
  7. OPTIONAL COVER WITH KETCHUP AND ENJOY!
