When plums are ripe on the tree, or in the market, this is one recipe to try. We love it in our family.
I have a recipe for Plum Custard Kuchen which is very rich and delish, but also more fattening than this one.

Hi, Joymarie....been heavy into gardening and taking care of a preemy, babygirl foal. She is very precious and doing well (2 weeks old). I just posted the more fattening one. I made this one tonight and dh loved it (so did I). I only make this when my blue plums are ripe. They got frostbite this year, so only had a few. I plan on posting a little more now that the crunch is off a bit. Then I will be picking like mad and making my freezer marinara. Woman's work is never done. LOL
