Ingredients

2 cl (20 ml) sugar syrup

4 cl (40 ml) raspberry puré

6 cl (60 ml/ 1/4 cup) white rum

a few mint leaves

juice of 1/2 lime

soda water or tonic water

lots of ice

Directions

Make the sugar syrup with equal parts water and sugar. The raspeberry puré/mash can be made with defrosted frozen berries. Put puré and all other ingredients in a tall glas and top up with ice and a little soda/tonic water.

Hi Lillian! 'Raspberry pure' should read 'puré' - the accent got lost, sorry!! (I.e. mash the berries into a slush with a fork etc.)

'cl' is short for 'centilitre' where 1 centilitre = 10 millilitre. It's a measure often used back home in Sweden and especially when talking drinks. Maybe it isn't used in the US? I will amend the recipe. Thank you for pointing it out!!
