How to make it

  • Make the sugar syrup with equal parts water and sugar. The raspeberry puré/mash can be made with defrosted frozen berries. Put puré and all other ingredients in a tall glas and top up with ice and a little soda/tonic water.

    Hi Lillian! 'Raspberry pure' should read 'puré' - the accent got lost, sorry!! (I.e. mash the berries into a slush with a fork etc.)

    'cl' is short for 'centilitre' where 1 centilitre = 10 millilitre. It's a measure often used back home in Sweden and especially when talking drinks. Maybe it isn't used in the US? I will amend the recipe. Thank you for pointing it out!!

    This sounds sooo good! But can you tell me what "raspberry pure" is? Also what does "cl" mean? I hope you don't think I'm dumb...but I've never heard these terms before.
