How to make it

  • COOK PASTA AS DIRECTED AND DRAIN WELL.
  • WHILE WATER IS HEATING FOR THE PASTA ADD ALL OF THE REST OF THE INGREDIENTS TO A LARGE SAUCE PAN.
  • OVER MEDIUM HEAT, MIX INGREDIENTS WELL STIRRING OFTEN FOR THE FIRST 5 MINUTES.
  • TURN HEAT DOWN TO LOW AND ALLOW THE SPICES TO INFUSE THE OIL, A GOOD 20 MINUTES. DON'T LET THE GARLIC TURN BROWN, TURN YOUR HEAT DOWN FURTHER IF THIS STARTS TO HAPPEN.
  • MIX PASTA AND OIL MIXTURE, SERVE.
  • YOU MIGHT WANT TO CUT THIS IN HALF FOR SMALLER GROUPS, I USUALLY PUT THIS IN THE CROCKPOT ON WARM AND TAKE TO POTLUCKS.
  • A COUPLE OF VARIATIONS WE DO:
  • ADD SHREDDED REAL PARMESAN CHEESE
  • ADD SAUTEED CHICKEN BREASTS
  • IT'S VERY VERSATILE, THERE'S A LOT YOU CAN DO WITH THIS, ENJOY!
