How to make it

  • Make a bowl of stuffing.
  • Place a mound of stuffing on top of each piece of steak.
  • Roll each up tucking in each end, you'll end up with a roll secure with tootpicks.
  • Lightly salt the rolls.
  • Brown these rolls in the butter, rolling around to brown all sides.
  • Meanwhile in a bowl, stir together the soup and water.
  • Pour over the stuffed steak.
  • Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr.
