How to make it
- Make a bowl of stuffing.
- Place a mound of stuffing on top of each piece of steak.
- Roll each up tucking in each end, you'll end up with a roll secure with tootpicks.
- Lightly salt the rolls.
- Brown these rolls in the butter, rolling around to brown all sides.
- Meanwhile in a bowl, stir together the soup and water.
- Pour over the stuffed steak.
- Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr.
