Another one of my neighbor's favorite recipes..

Ingredients
  • 3 to 4 medium yellow squash, cubed and cooked and drained
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup onion chopped
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup cheese sauce
  • 3 eggs
  • cornbread

Directions
  1. Mix all of the above with enough cornbread to get desired consistency.
  2. Pour into greased baking dish and bake at 350 for about 30 minutes.
