Ingredients
  • 4 or 5 chicken breasts or strips of chicken
  • 1 envelop dry onion soup mix
  • 3/4 c bread crumbs or crushed corn flakes
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Directions
  1. Place soup mix and crumbs in plastic bag.
  2. Brush chicken on all sides with mayonnaise.
  3. Put one piece of chicken at a time in bag and shake.
  4. Place in pan and bake 400 degrees for 40 to 45 min.
  5. If doing strips reduce bake time and temp.
