Fancy Seasoned Turkey Breast Recipe

Another of my neighbors recipes. Her husband is an avid turkey hunter and this is what she does with his prize.

Ingredients
- 4 to 6 pounds turkey breast
- 3 tablespoons lemon pepper
- 3 tablespoons garlic
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- All natural butter flavor Pam cooking spray
- Cooking bag
Directions
- Combine all of the seasonings in a small bowl and set aside.
- Remove skin from turkey breast and pat turkey dry with a paper towel.
- Coat turkey liberally with cooking spray.
- Sprinkle reserved seasoning mixture over turkey, coating throughly.
- Set aside.
- Place turkey in browning bag according to package directions.
- Place in broiler pan.
- Bake at 300 degrees for about 22 minutes per pound.
- Approximately 1 1/2 hours.

I did this on our gas grill and it turned out WONDERFUL! It took about 1 3/4 hours with inderect heat.. Made the Crockpot Cornbread Dressing from TNacNdN and had a great turkey dinner without heating up the house.. Also had the Roasted Green Beans on the grill in a foil pan... GREAT RECIPE!
