Millionaire Cake

This is another of Mrs Frances very rich cakes that she bakes.... Its fit for a party.
Ingredients
- 1 German chocolate cake mix shopping list
- 1 (14 oz bag) Kraft caramels shopping list
- 1 cup chopped nuts shopping list
- 1/3 cup evaporated milk shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter shopping list
- 1 reg size bag milk chocolate chips shopping list
How to make it
- Mix cake by directions on box.
- Pour half of the batter in a 9 x 13 inch oblong pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
- Melt butter and caramels with milk in saucepan; pour mixture
- over cake.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips on top of this mixture and add layer of nuts.
- Pour remaining cake mix on top of this and bake for 20 minutes at 250 degrees.
- Bake additional 10 min at 350 degrees.
