Microwaveable Chocolate Craving Killer

This is a weird chocolate cake type thing you can make in the microwave in 5 minutes. It may sound bizarre but it's fantastic to kill a chocolate craving, and a good use of left over frosting.
Ingredients
- 3 tbs cake flour shopping list
- 4 tbs sugar shopping list
- 2 tbs unsweetened cocoa shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 3 tbs milk shopping list
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract shopping list
- 3 tbs oil shopping list
- 1 tbs hot water shopping list
- Large dollop of chocolate frosting shopping list
How to make it
- Mix dry ingredients in a over-sized coffee cup.
- Add egg, milk, oil, vanilla and water, and stir together.
- Drop the dollop of frosting into the middle of the batter.
- Cook in the microwave on high for 5 minutes. You may want to put a plate under the cup because this rises quite a bit, but shouldn't make too much of a mess.
- Let cool for a minute, flip it out into a bowl, get a spoon and enjoy!

OMG! You ROCK! This is like a home made version of the "warm delights" dessert that I have decided must be made with crack because I am addicted to them! HAHAHAHA!!! I am definitely going to try this one - and I have a FULL tub of frosting! LOL!...more
