How to make it

  • Mix dry ingredients in a over-sized coffee cup.
  • Add egg, milk, oil, vanilla and water, and stir together.
  • Drop the dollop of frosting into the middle of the batter.
  • Cook in the microwave on high for 5 minutes. You may want to put a plate under the cup because this rises quite a bit, but shouldn't make too much of a mess.
  • Let cool for a minute, flip it out into a bowl, get a spoon and enjoy!

OMG! You ROCK! This is like a home made version of the "warm delights" dessert that I have decided must be made with crack because I am addicted to them! HAHAHAHA!!! I am definitely going to try this one - and I have a FULL tub of frosting! LOL!!!

There is no such thing as left over chocolate frosting. Looks like I'll have to stock up on chocolate frosting after my 18 yr. old daughter sees this recipe!
