Microwaveable Chocolate Craving Killer Recipe

Ingredients

3 tbs cake flour

4 tbs sugar

2 tbs unsweetened cocoa

1 egg

3 tbs milk

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

3 tbs oil

1 tbs HOT water

Large dollop of chocolate frosting

Directions

Mix dry ingredients in a over-sized coffee cup.

Add egg, milk, oil, vanilla and water, and stir together.

Drop the dollop of frosting into the middle of the batter.

Cook in the microwave on high for 5 minutes. You may want to put a plate under the cup because this rises quite a bit, but shouldn't make too much of a mess.

Let cool for a minute, flip it out into a bowl, get a spoon and enjoy!
