Easy Chocolate Chip Cookie Cream Cheese Cake Recipe

Ingredients

2-16 ounce packages refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough

2-8 ounce packages Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened

2 eggs

1 cup sugar

1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla

Directions

Place cookie dough packages in the freezer for about 30 minutes

This makes it easier to slice

Grease and flour a 9 X 13 inch baking dish or pan

Remove one package of cookie dough from the freezer

Slice into 1/4 inch thick slices

Place the slices in the bottom of the baking dish or pan

It's okay if they overlap

In bowl, mix cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla together

Blend well

Spread over the layer of cookie dough in the dish or pan

Remove the other package of dough from the freezer

Slice into 1/4 inch thick slices

Place slices on top of the cream cheese mixture

Bake 30-35 minutes in a 350 degree oven

Can be cut to serve 24
