Easy Chocolate Chip Cookie Cream Cheese Cake Recipe

A cream cheese filling is sandwiched between sliced refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough, then baked. So easy. Delicious!

Ingredients
- 2-16 ounce packages refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
- 2-8 ounce packages Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla
Directions
- Place cookie dough packages in the freezer for about 30 minutes
- This makes it easier to slice
- Grease and flour a 9 X 13 inch baking dish or pan
- Remove one package of cookie dough from the freezer
- Slice into 1/4 inch thick slices
- Place the slices in the bottom of the baking dish or pan
- It's okay if they overlap
- In bowl, mix cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla together
- Blend well
- Spread over the layer of cookie dough in the dish or pan
- Remove the other package of dough from the freezer
- Slice into 1/4 inch thick slices
- Place slices on top of the cream cheese mixture
- Bake 30-35 minutes in a 350 degree oven
- Can be cut to serve 24
