Ingredients

1 cup flour, Sifted

Pinch salt , sifted

1/2 oz cocoa pwd , sifted

1 tsp baking powder , sifted

10 oz semi sweet baking chocolate

1 cup butter

4 ounces unsweetened chocolate

4 eggs

2 cups sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 to 2 C walnut, coarse chunks .

Some whole walnuts for topping

1 C sugar , 1 C milk - melted and boiled until soft ball stage along with melted 4 oz unsweetened baking chocolate , then 4 tbsp butter added with 1 tsp vanilla extract and beaten to thicken , for topping

2 oz white chocolate for drizzling on top .

Directions

Preheat oven to 180 deg C .

Grease a 9" square baking pan.

Melt butter and chocolate in small saucepan over low heat.

Stir to blend and let it cool.

Mix the sugar until dissolves .

Whisk the eggs and add all the sifted ing.

Blend in cooled chocolate , vanilla and pecans.

Blend well .

Pour into prepared pan and bake 45 to 55 mins or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Pour the fudge on top and drizzle or pipe with thin nozzle the melted white chocolate .
