Quick Asparagus Au Gratin

A real easy way to fix asparagus.. Don't over cook! From Yankee..
Ingredients
- 2 pounds fresh asparagus shopping list
- 1/4 cup grated cheese I like to add more... use a good one like munster or your favorite shopping list
- 1/3 cup melted butter shopping list
- salt, pepper, and paprika shopping list
How to make it
- Cook the asparagus for 15 minutes. TEST.. don't go by time.. if thinner.. it will take less time.. Don't over cook to mush!
- Drain and place in a buttered, ovenproof dish.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese, pour on the melted butter and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Put under the broiler until the cheese is browned.
