Copycat Kentucky Fried Chicken Potato Wedges Recipe

Copycat Kentucky Fried Chicken Potato Wedges Recipe
A copycat recipe of KFC potato wedges. I listed the directions I was given, but MY cooking is a little different. I have a small deep fryer that doesn't have a temperature setting, so I just cook them as I normally cook things in it.

Sounds good, I'll have to give these a try.

I just love fried potatoes, I have to eat them sparingly, though. I will give these a try, they sound so good. Have a good day....Cheryl
