How to make it
- Heat 2 cups cider large shallow pan. reduce to simmer add the salmon and poach for 12- 15 min.. while salmon poaches heat butter in sauce pan ,add liquer and flame off alcohol,add gingersnaps and cook for couple min. . add remaining cider and cream simmer until thickened. remove salmon place on serving plates , spoon over sauce and serve.
