How to make it

  • Wash chicken pieces and trim off excess skin then rub all over with salt, pepper and paprika.
  • Place in crock pot then scatter onion over chicken and pour in chicken broth.
  • Cover tightly and cook on high setting for 30 minutes then turn to low setting and cook 7 hours.
  • Just before serving stir in sour cream.
