Ingredients

How to make it

  • Set oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Beat eggs with cream and seasonings.
  • Add chopped cauliflower, cashews, green onions, and cheese; mix well.
  • Press cauliflower mixture into greased non-metal bread pan. The more densely pressed the better the loaf will hold together.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.
  • Let cool 5 to 10 minutes before cutting and serving.

Hi Blondeberry, thanks for your comment! Yes, the cauliflower is raw when you mix up the loaf -- best to chop it fairly small, the better to stick the loaf together. Your cashews can be raw or roasted, according to your preference (I like the roasted, but both ways are good.) Just make sure they are unsalted.

I really like the sound of this...a nice change from the typical cauliflower and cheese sauce.
