Ingredients

How to make it

  • Whisk together lime juice, garlic and red pepper flakes and 1/4tsp salt; then add oil in a slow stream, whisking well; whisk in cilantro.
  • Pat pork chops dry and season with salt and pepper. Oil grill and cook chops over medium high heat, covered, turning once until just cooked through about 5-6 minutes.
  • Serve drizzled with some of the vinaigrette and the rest on the side.

I'm craving lime right now. Have been cooking with it, making a margarita or two with it, so this recipe will go on the "barbie" next time we cook outside. Thanks!
