Apricot Pork Sausage

- 3/4 lb ground pork shopping list
- 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs shopping list
- 1/4 cup dried apricots, finely chopped shopping list
- 1 tsp soy sauce shopping list
- 1/2 tsp five-spice powder shopping list
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder shopping list
- 1 large egg shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 350°.
- Mix all ingredients.
- Shape mix into 20 balls.
- Place in ungreased 13"x9"x2" pan.
- Bake uncovered about 20 minutes or until no longer pink in center; drain well.
- Spicy Apricot Glaze
- 1/2 cup apricot preserves
- 1/3 cup sweet-and-sour sauce
- 1/4 Tbsp five-spice powder
- Mix together in small saucepan.
- Heat and pour over sausage.
