Hawaiian Wedding Cake

- cake shopping list
- 2 eggs, beaten shopping list
- 2 cups sugar shopping list
- 2 cups flour shopping list
- 2 teaspoons baking soda shopping list
- 1 cup chopped nuts shopping list
- 1 cup coconut shopping list
- 1- 20 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice shopping list
- frosting shopping list
- 1 stick butter, softened shopping list
- 1½ cups powdered sugar shopping list
- 1- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- Cake
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Mix by hand, eggs, sugar, flour and baking soda.
- Add nuts, coconut, pineapple and juice, mix well.
- Pour into a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
- Frosting
- Mix butter and cream cheese, beat well.
- Add sugar a little at a time.
- Add vanilla.
- Mix on high speed until nice and fluffy.
- Frost cake.
