How to make it

  • Cake
  • Preheat oven to 350° F.
  • Mix by hand, eggs, sugar, flour and baking soda.
  • Add nuts, coconut, pineapple and juice, mix well.
  • Pour into a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan.
  • Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  • Frosting
  • Mix butter and cream cheese, beat well.
  • Add sugar a little at a time.
  • Add vanilla.
  • Mix on high speed until nice and fluffy.
  • Frost cake.
