Hawaiian Wedding Cake Recipe
I got the recipe for this cake from a wonderful person from my mother-in-law's church. It is very tasty.

Ingredients
  • Cake
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1- 20 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice
  • Frosting
  • 1 stick butter, softened
  • 1½ cups powdered sugar
  • 1- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions
  1. Cake
  2. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  3. Mix by hand, eggs, sugar, flour and baking soda.
  4. Add nuts, coconut, pineapple and juice, mix well.
  5. Pour into a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan.
  6. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Frosting
  8. Mix butter and cream cheese, beat well.
  9. Add sugar a little at a time.
  10. Add vanilla.
  11. Mix on high speed until nice and fluffy.
  12. Frost cake.
