This is dynamite good. I actually made it twice when friends called just as I was finishing the first batch. I increased the vodka, divided use and served on the side by portions unknown. On the second round, I added black olives, which go great with feta, and some Louisiana Hot Sauce and a pinch of white pepper. I also upped the amount of feta (just because I had it) and this makes it even richer. WOW!. The bone-in skinned chicken thighs worked out well and I served it with Basmati rice, and your suggestion of a salad and French Bread. This is a keeper recipe and thanks for sharing!

I like your addition of the chilled martini glass, lemon twist and extra two ounces of vodka. I wasn't sure if this recipe could be improved upon, but you have just done it, my friend! :)

This is different and looks great. I'm going to try this using skin off chicken thighs, our favorite piece and what I have for tonight. I will adapt this recipe further by upping the vodka to 4 ounces, divided use. The second two ounces will go in a chilled martini glass with a twist of lemon and served on the side. Thanks for sharing.
