- 1 pound lean ground beef shopping list
- 1 cup white onion chopped shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic minced shopping list
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese grated shopping list
- 1 package taco seasoning mix shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 16 ounce package egg roll wrappers shopping list
How to make it
- Cook beef, onion and garlic until meat is done then drain well.
- Add cheese, taco seasoning, salt and pepper and stir until cheese melts.
- Spoon meat mixture in center of each egg roll wrapper.
- Fold bottom edge over filling then fold ride side over then left side.
- Lightly brush remaining flap with water then fold over tightly and press gently to seal.
- Fry in hot oil at 375 for 1 minute.
