How to make it

  • Cook beef, onion and garlic until meat is done then drain well.
  • Add cheese, taco seasoning, salt and pepper and stir until cheese melts.
  • Spoon meat mixture in center of each egg roll wrapper.
  • Fold bottom edge over filling then fold ride side over then left side.
  • Lightly brush remaining flap with water then fold over tightly and press gently to seal.
  • Fry in hot oil at 375 for 1 minute.
