How to make it

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Clean oven racks with a wire brush.
  • Position 1 oven rack in top position and 1 oven rack in bottom position.
  • Scrub potatoes with the peel on and dry.
  • Place in a bowl and drizzle lightly with oil.
  • Toss to coat and sprinkle with salt.
  • Place potatoes in middle of top rack.
  • Place foil on bottom rack
  • Bake 1 hour.
  • Create a dotted line from end to end with a fork.
  • Squeeze potatoes with fingers.
  • Place 10 deep holes in each potato
