Hungarian Cabbage And Tomatoes Recipe

This is a great side for chicken and dumplings.

Ingredients
- 4 c sliced cabbage
- 4 tomatoes, peeled and quartered
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp fresh cracked pepper
- 1 tsp caraway seeds
- 2 Tb butter
- 2 Tb flour
Directions
- Place and cabbage and tomatoes in a pot and bring to a boil
- Reduce heat and simmer, covered for 10 minutes
- Add salt, pepper, caraway seeds, and simmer 5 minutes
- Combine butter and flour and microwave until butter is melted and mix into a paste.
- Add to vegetable mixture and cook while stirring until thickened.
