How to make it

  • Prepare chicken using your preferred method - I like to use the ol' George Foreman.
  • Prepare rice according to package instructions.
  • Heat cheddar cheese soup and milk together.
  • Add cooked chicken. Heat thoroughly.
  • To plate - start with a bed of rice. Pour some chicken over the rice. Top with chow mein noodles.
  • Hope you enjoy this as much as we always have!

    This is great fussy-kid food. My brother was more fussy that I was. (Not.)
    Good stuff to mix in any veggie that the kids'l eat.
