Make these up and keep in frig for summer use. These are really good!

Ingredients
  • 4 quarts sliced cucumbers
  • 1 large onion sliced
  • 1 large red pepper
  • 1 large green pepper
  • 4 cup sugar
  • 4 cups vinegar
  • 1/4 cup canning salt
  • 2 tablespoon celery seed
  • 2 tablespoon Mustard seed
  • 2 tablespoon tumeric

Directions
  1. Put cucumbers, peppers and onion in a gallon glass jar in layers
  2. Heat rest to a boil, pour over cucumbers . Let cool and refrigerate.
  3. These are easy to make and nice to have around for summer cook-outs.
