  • 16 Ounces Broccoli Cole Slaw Mix
  • 2 Bunches Green Onion, chopped
  • 1 Cup Slivered Almonds
  • 1 Cup Sunflower Seeds (kernels)
  • 2 Packages Ramen Beef Flavor Noodles
  • Dressing
  • 1/3 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 3/4 Cup Canola Oil

Directions
  1. Remove Beef Flavor Packets from Ramen Noodles.
  2. Toss together first five ingredients (without the packets) and refrigerate in a covered bowl overnight.
  3. Mix vinegar, sugar, oil and beef flavor packets together. Pour over slaw just before serving.

This salad is a great one to have. I've made this several times and it's also good without the nuts. For those with nut allergies :D

Ramen Noodles are an oriental noodle available at almost any major food store. They have a flavoring added. And thank you for the interest. This is a family summer treat we take to gatherings.
