Quick Pizza Casserole

This is sure to please those picky kids ;0) Hope you enjoy
Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef shopping list
- 1 14 oz. jar pizza sauce shopping list
- 2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese shopping list
- 3/4 c. biscuit mix shopping list
- 1 1/2 c. milk shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
How to make it
- Brown and drain meat. Spoon beef into 8 inch baking
- pan. top with Pizza sauce and cheese.
- Combine biscuit mix, milk, and eggs. Pour over
- casserole, evenly coating. Bake 400 F 30-35 minutes.
- May also choose to add sliced peppers, olives, and
- other pizza toppings, to desired tastes, on top of
- meat and before sauce is added.
