Ingredients
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 14 oz. jar pizza sauce
  • 2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3/4 c. biscuit mix
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 eggs

Directions
  1. Brown and drain meat. Spoon beef into 8 inch baking
  2. pan. top with Pizza sauce and cheese.
  3. Combine biscuit mix, milk, and eggs. Pour over
  4. casserole, evenly coating. Bake 400 F 30-35 minutes.
  5. May also choose to add sliced peppers, olives, and
  6. other pizza toppings, to desired tastes, on top of
  7. meat and before sauce is added.
