Chicken Bake Recipe

	Ninnabj / All my dishes 1 year, 4 months ago Gorgeous chicken bake. Fresh and rich. I must admit that I am at a loss as to what goes well with this, I normally eat it on its own like I would a bowl of soup. I would love suggestions Prep:120m Cook:30m Servings:4	Ninnabj

Ingredients

1 Chicken, whole

1 can Campells cream of chicken soup

1 large cup mayonaise

1 tsp. yellow curry powder

1/4 can pineapple chunks

1/4 can asparagus pieces + juice

Bowl

Ovenproof dish

Directions

Boil the chicken in lightly salted water for about 1 hour

Allow to cool for about an hour then strip the meat off the bone

In the meantime mix together all the other ingredients in a bowl

shred meat into bitesize pieces and place evenly in the bottom of an ovenproof dish

Pour sauce over the chicken

Bake at 120 c for 20-30 minutes

I, too, would serve this over brown rice for both the absorption of sauce and the texture.
