This is an easy no-bake dessert that is great for the summer. This refreshing treat is great for kids and adults.

Ingredients
  • 19 ice cream sandwiches
  • 1 16 ounce can chocolate syrup
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 12 ounce container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 cup salted peanuts

Directions
  1. Pour the chocolate syrup into a medium microwave safe bowl and microwave 2 minutes on high. Do not allow to boil.
  2. Stir peanut butter into hot chocolate until smooth.
  3. Allow to cool to room temperature.
  4. Line the bottom of a 9x13 inch dish with a layer of ice cream sandwiches.
  5. Spread half the whipped topping over the sandwiches.
  6. Spoon half the chocolate mixture over that.
  7. Top with half the peanuts.
  8. Repeat layers.
  9. Freeze until firm, 1 hour.
  10. Cut into squares to serve.

I love this without the nuts or peanut butter.


You can totally just leave out the nuts and peanut butter, or add something else that you might like...sprinkles, etc.
