Plano Orange Roughy

Amounts are optional here, just sprinkle the fish with the ingredients, cover and simmer for 30 minutes and don't PEEK.
Ingredients
- 2 orange foughy filets shopping list
- 1 Tbsp butter shopping list
- To taste: lemon juice, garlic salt, oregano, parsley, & white W-shire sauce. shopping list
How to make it
- Put all ingredients in the pan.
- Melt the butter, stir all together.
- Add the orange roughy. Cover and cook on low heat for 30 minutes. Don't lift the lid.
