Simple Strawberry Mousse

An easy and fast way to make a beautiful dessert.
Ingredients
- 2 cups strawberries, halved shopping list
- 3 Tbsp sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup sour cream, light shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups Cool Whip, thawed shopping list
How to make it
- Combine the strawberries and sugar in a blender and process until
- smooth. (I use my hand-held blender.)
- Combine strawberry puree and sour cream in a large bowl, stirring well with a whisk.
- Fold whipped topping into strawberry mixture.
- Spoon into 6 (6-ounce) custard cups.
- Cover and place in freezer for 4 hours or until firm.
