How to make it

  • Grease a rectangular baking pan.
  • In medium saucepan over low heat melt 1/2 cup butter and cocoa then remove from heat.
  • Add vanilla and egg then mix well.
  • Stir in 2 cups crumbs, 1/2 cup powdered sugar, coconut and nuts then mix well.
  • Press mixture in bottom of prepared pan then refrigerate.
  • In medium saucepan over low heat melt 1/2 cup butter.
  • Blend in milk and pudding mix stirring constantly until mixture thickens about 5 minutes.
  • Beat in powdered sugar until smooth then spread over crust and refrigerate 30 minutes.
  • In small saucepan over low heat melt chocolate stirring constantly then spread over filling.
  • Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon crumbs then refrigerate 15 minutes to set chocolate and cut into bars.
