How to make it

  • Process first 6 ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.
  • Remove 1 tablespoon of mixture and combine with mayonnaise.
  • Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Arrange pork in a rectangular baking dish and rub with remaining olive oil.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 425 and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Loosely cover with aluminum foil about 10 minutes.
  • Slice and serve.

    Hi. It is very common in my grocery stores, I have found it at Walmart, Albertsons, Kroger, Tom Thumb and Minyards. It is usually in the Mexican food section but also in the soup section. It is put out by Knorrs. Hope that helps. It is good stuff. You may be able to order it online from knorrs.com.

    Sorry there is supposed to be 1 tablespoon mayonnaise listed after the pork tenderloin. You mix one tablespoon of the first 6 ingredients together and use it as a sauce for the tenderloin.
