A great anytime muffin. I give one of these to my picky kids for breakfast, an after school snack, or as a pregame, energy boost. They especially like them when I sub the blueberries for chocolate chips!

Sounds similar to a muffin that I make my kids with bananas and chocolate chips. I like the addition of the yogurt! Sounds soooo tasty!

These sound good and I like anything with banana in it. I've been on a "muffin kick" lately and this will be the next one that I try. Thanks for posting and thanks for the friend request. Looking forward to chatting with you.

These ingredients sound great! I'm going to try it with dried reconstituted fruit while camping. I'll let you know how they turn out. THX :)

I made these yesterday with my daughter and I have to say, I was really nervous at how thick the batter was. I thought, "oh, here I go again, making a super dense muffin that no one will eat". But I was pleasantly surprised! They are delicious! I absolutely love them. We sprinkled a bit of turbinado on top before baking. Also, we had a ton of fresh blueberries we needed to use so I subbed those for frozen. YUM! Also, I was curious to know how many calories and fat they had, which turns out to be 177 calories and 6 fat if you make 12 muffins from the batter. THANKS for posting!!!
