Monster Cookies

These are the best cookies you'll ever make. They don't have any flour in them so they stay soft for a long long time. I used to send them to my husband when he was in Iraq. Even after two weeks in the mail he said they tasted fresh and soft.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup peanut butter shopping list
- 1 stick butter-softened shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 cup brown sugar shopping list
- --cream these ingredients together and add shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- ---one at a time mix thoroughly after each, then add- shopping list
- 2 tsp baking soda shopping list
- 1 tsp corn syrup shopping list
- 2 tsp vanilla shopping list
- --mix to combine and add shopping list
- 3/4 c miniature chocolate chips shopping list
- 3/4 c mini m&m's shopping list
- 4 1/2 cup instant oatmeal (don't add too much or they will be dry) shopping list
How to make it
- Scoop onto greased sheet pan and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 12 minutes. Can bake longer for a crisper cookie but they are better chewy in my opinion. Hope you enjoy them!
