Incredibly easy, incredibly moist, incredibly delicious cake that I obtained from a bunco friend. She serves this sometimes with pumpkin and they are both great but this is my preference, as I'm a sweet tater fan all the way. Read more Enjoy. See less

Ingredients

How to make it

Grease a rectangular baking dish then mash potatoes.
Stir in pecans and pineapple then spread in baking dish.
Sprinkle with coconut then sprinkle cake mix over top.
Melt butter and pour over top of cake mix then bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
