- 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk shopping list
- 8 cup plain yogurt shopping list
- 1 Small banana, cut up. shopping list
- 1 cup Frozen or fresh strawberries shopping list
- 1 cup crushed pineapple with juice, chilled. shopping list
- 2 tbsp Fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 1 cup ice cubes shopping list
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed, Optional shopping list
How to make it
- Combine sweetened condensed milk, yogurt, banana, strawberries, pineapple, lemon juice and optional ground flax seed if desired. in a blender. Cover and blend until smooth.
- With blender running, gradually add ice cubes, blend until smooth.
- Garnish with half strawberries if desired.
- Serve immediately.
