How to make it

  • Combine sweetened condensed milk, yogurt, banana, strawberries, pineapple, lemon juice and optional ground flax seed if desired. in a blender. Cover and blend until smooth.
  • With blender running, gradually add ice cubes, blend until smooth.
  • Garnish with half strawberries if desired.
  • Serve immediately.
