Salmon Spread Pate Recipe

Had this years ago at a party and got the recipe from the host. Great for company, and easy to make. Pate isn't pate unless its rich so don't let the amount of butter throw you off.

Ingredients
- 16oz of canned salmon
- 2 Tbsp onion, minced
- 2 Tbsp mayo
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp dried dill weed, or 1 Tbsp fresh,chopped fine
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Dump all in blender, or food processor and process 'til smooth and combined.
- Chill a few hours (or overnight) to allow flavours to blend.
- Serve with toast triangles or crackers

The mayop and dill weed is what makes this recipe different then the others listed with the same title. I like this and that it is a spread too. Thanks for sharing it.
