Cranberry Apple Relish Recipe
This is so good. I make it often. Goes great with chicken, fish and pork. Incredibly tasty.

Ingredients
  • 12 ounce bag fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons orange juice concentrate
  • 1 medium apple peeled cored and diced
  • 1/3 cup raisins (divided use)

Directions
  1. Place cranberries, sugar, water and juice concentrate in a medium saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil and boil 4 minutes or until cranberries start to thicken and water has reduced by about half.
  3. Remove from pan and place in a medium bowl.
  4. Cover and refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
  5. Add diced apple and half of the raisins to the cranberries and stir well.
  6. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  7. Just before serving sprinkle remaining raisins over cranberries for garnish.
