How to make it

  • Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl then mix well and press into mixed square pan.
  • Combine brownie mix, hot water, oil and egg in a large mixing bowl and mix until blended.
  • Spoon over crumb mixture then bake at 350 for 25 minutes then cut into bars.
