Moms Lemon Cake Pie Recipe

Ingredients

1 Tbsp butter

1/4 tsp salt

1 cup sugar

2 eggs

2 Tbsp flour

3/4 cup milk

2 Tbsp real lemon juice

1 unbaked pie crust

Directions

Cream butter, salt andd sugar together.

Add yokes of eggs, flour, milk and lemon.

Lastly fold in the egg whites that have been beaten till they hold a peak.

Pour into unbaked crust and bake in 450 degree oven for 5 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for 40 minutes or until custard thickens in the center.
