How to make it

  • Cream butter, salt andd sugar together.
  • Add yokes of eggs, flour, milk and lemon.
  • Lastly fold in the egg whites that have been beaten till they hold a peak.
  • Pour into unbaked crust and bake in 450 degree oven for 5 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for 40 minutes or until custard thickens in the center.
