These are nutty, sweet, and just plain yummy!

Ingredients
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 T. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 lb. nuts (pecans or walnuts)

Directions
  1. Mix sugar, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon and egg whites. Stir in nuts. Spread on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 300 degree's for 30 minutes. Stir several times during the baking process.
