Ingredients

How to make it

  • Sauté onions and beef in oil then drain and remove from pan.
  • Melt butter in skillet.
  • Add flour and beef bouillon to make gravy.
  • Add spices and simmer 5 minutes.
  • Dip each tortilla in the gravy.
  • Spread on meat mixture and the cheese then roll up and put in baking pan.
  • Pour remaining gravy over enchiladas then top with cheese and bake at 350 for 15 minutes.

    haha i am a yankee oh no ! we use flour tortillas on/in everything - so i am for sure going to make this one ! TY ! sounds wonderful !

    Hi Line: I agree, I'm also from the South and I thought the flour tortillas over corn was different. I was hesitatnt but gave it a try anyway, and they really are good. Now I usually make all my enchiladas, half and half. We have learned to love the ones with flour as much as the ones with corn. Let me know what you think when you try them. Enjoy.

    Got to give these a try.. never had them with flour tortillas, being from South Texas we use corn. But... live and learn!
