How to make it

  • Brown the beef, onions and garilc in a frying pan, till the outter edges of the meat are cooked and brown -- but not cooked thru. Add this to a slow cooker, along with all of the other ingredients. Cook on high for a minimum of 4 hours or 6-8 hours on low. Serve over mashed potatoes or rice. Makes great leftovers the next day too!
