- FOR CHAPATTI(whole wheat bread) shopping list
- 2 C wheat flour shopping list
- 1tsp oil shopping list
- cold water shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
- oil for frying shopping list
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- shopping list
- FOR CHANNA masala(CHICKPEA) shopping list
- 1C Chick pea-cooked shopping list
- 1tsp gingergarlic paste shopping list
- 1 onion-slicled thinly shopping list
- 2 tomato-pasted shopping list
- 1tsp-chillie powder shopping list
- 1tsp-coriender powder shopping list
- pinch of turmeric powder shopping list
- Channa masala powder-2tsp shopping list
- curryleaf to garnish shopping list
How to make it
- FOR CHAPATTI
- Put the flour in a bowl &add salt,oil&mix well
- slowly add cold water and knead making a soft dough
- Divide the dough&roll each into a lemon size
- Flour your working surface&roll each one in a round pancake 5-6" dia
- Heat the tawa,oilthe pan&place the chapatti and cook both sides
- The chapatti might puff on their own...
- Served hot with a masala...

- In a pan pour some oil.add cinnamon,cloves,bay leafs
- Add the chopped onions,add all the powders&fry well in the oil
- Then add ginger garlic paste
- Then add tomato paste,when they are cooked well,add the chickpeas
- Garnish with curry leaves....
